OUR MISSION at TAB Community Church:

We commit ourselves to creating Disciples of Christ through a personal relationship with Him and with each other. 

It is all about relationships!  Someone asked Jesus, “Teacher, What is the greatest commandment in the Law?”  We would say, “Jesus, what is the greatest, most important commandment in the Bible?”  Jesus answered by saying: 

"You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.  This is the great and first commandment.  And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets."

You can sum up the whole bible in one word: “Love!”  Love God and love people. Life is all about the quality of your relationships with the Creator and with one another in the community.  This God that we worship is really into relationships.

Unfortunately, because we are born sinners and choose to sin, we flunk in the love department.  Left to ourselves, we don’t love very well.  Our relationships are too superficial, both with God and others. The Bible is a big book whose purpose is to teach us 1) who God is and how to love him and 2) how to really love our neighbors.  If you really want to know how to love, you have to read the Bible.

Another way of wording our purpose statement is too say, “Our purpose as a church is create a community of people who 1) know and love God and 2) who love other people with as much energy and passion as we love ourselves”.

Summer Worship Hours

During the summer worship will begin at 9:30 am with no Sunday School. Nursery and Children's Church will be available.

Thanks to everyone who helped make this summer service a success!

Fall Schedule begins Sunday, September 12

Our Worship Service will return to 10:30AM on Sunday, September 12. During the Service, the Nursery will be available for newborns through Pre-K, Kids Connection for grade K-5 and Caught in the Middle for grade 6-8.
